swDesk Notification Utility

swDesk Notification Utility is designed to improve efficiency for technicians while processing tickets. This is a MS Windows application that runs in your system tray and periodically checks for new or updated tickets on your web server. Once a customer creates a ticket or replies to a ticket, swDesk Notification Utility displays a popup window in the lower right corner of your Windows Desktop. This informational window displays the current ticket statistics and also provides a link to the swDesk Technician’s Area. The Notification Utility also supports multiple servers, which allows you to efficiently operate between multiple installations of swDesk.
